    uploaded files in the Collect files field should be included when downloading the completed document

    Customer L. Link from large non-profit has threatened full churn; once customers complete documents they often have to upload numerous requirements using Collect Files field; and when the document is complete it currently requires MANY different attachments to be opened one at a time to get the COMPLETE document. We need a way for them to see all of the attachments.

    I want to choose weather or not the collected files appear in the downloaded file for all recipients.
