Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

I'm shocked to see that this was requested in 2020 and there is still no movement on this being added to the feature set. Honestly calling this functionality a feature feels generous when the current 'solution' is to download as a PDF and then re-upload it and manually select the status. In the year of our lord 2024?

This feature is important for teams that have multiple workspaces in order to have useful analytics, but still want to maintain content standards by sharing across workspaces. I can't think of a reason this wouldn't be already available when sharing across workspaces is possible for templates and other types of content.

I found out this wasn't possible when I was pitched "White Labeling" the reminder emails for $400.00. When I asked how customizable the reminder emails would be, the answer was not at all and that it only changes the email domain to one domain for the entire account.
I've commented this on another thread but it is shocking to me that something as basic as custom text in a reminder email isn't something that is already available
