The status of this suggestion is currently unchanged. However, we now support a specific use case: calculating a date field based on the signature date (e.g. signing date + X days). To learn more about Autofill with Custom Date based on Signing Date, click here.

Our entire company and clients would benefit from this as well! Unfortunately to our customers it looks unsophisticated and like we made an error on our contracts. HubSpot is able to convert the date from the API back to US format in the UI, but PandaDoc does not seem capable of this yet.

After talking with support, this is a current PandaDoc limitation when creating templated documents via a CRM (HubSpot in our case), and it will be considered with enough community support here

Would also be nice to be able to delete recipient groups. These can change over time with new employees and we currently have 3, which makes it hard for the team to remember which group to assign since they all have the same name.

Our team currently has to use an excel sheet to calculate unit pricing before they input into PandaDoc. Would be nice if quote builder had basic unit calculations in doc so the team could just input a budget, and it would spit out the deliverable units. We have a few different unit calculations, but they are simple such as a price per thousand units.

The current feature does not work unfortunately. It only syncs new products from our HubSpot product catalog to our PandaDoc product catalog. When you change existing products in HubSpot, the changes do not reflect in PandaDoc.
