An error occurred while saving the comment Chelsea Richardson commentedWhen you have multiple pricing tables in a document, but some are tables such as hourly rate schedules or additional services tables, these aren’t part of the document total. It’s frustrating to have to manually change the document total each and every time a document is created. I’d love to be able to set the pricing table that the document value is tied to.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chelsea Richardson commentedWhen creating documents, it would be so useful to be able to either view all of the fields that need to be filled out in more of a form field type format or be able to tab through for input. The multiple clicks required to get into a variable/token is maddening.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chelsea Richardson commentedA variable might have a short name, but it gets replaced with several sentences or even a paragraph. The input field, however, only gives a small space to type, which is very frustrating. I've attached a screenshot. It would be helpful to have a button to expand the area to type if needed.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chelsea Richardson commentedI would like the ability to archive unsent drafts instead of having to either delete them or leave them in drafts indefinitely. If I have a draft that could at some point need to be sent, but it could be months out, I don't want to look at it all the time, but I'd like to be able to resurrect it if it should come back to life. Basically, the ability to organize within drafts would help.

[WORKAROUND]
Hi all!
I’m happy to announce that you can now edit an approval workflow at the document level, whenever a document is in draft status. This change could help you in case an original approver is unavailable to perform the action (maybe they’re on vacation) and you need to change the approver without disrupting the approval process. Here are a few benefits of this new feature: An account admin/manager no longer has to change an approval workflow at the template level A document creator doesn’t need to create a new version of a document once its approval workflow has been changed Making a change to an approval workflow is quick and easy, saving a ton of time and effort for everyone involved Read this Help Center article to learn more about how it works: https://support.pandadoc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016122334#h_01F2H326V6QVFDF0D8S2VPCE9Z

Additionally, I want to add that in the current automation setup, once you've created a bunch of automations, you have to click on each one from the main screen to double-check what they're doing. For example, I created automations for each of my templates to sort into folders based on status. Since the current status options for the automation are only sent and completed, this means that there should be two automations per template. From the main screen, all of the automations look identical, with the exception of the template referenced. We need to be able to 1) rename the rule, and 2) see what the rule is doing.
