Thank you so much for reaching out – this is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. An error occurred while saving the comment I'm so annoyed that this integration has been stopped. I used it multiple times per week and while not amazing, it did save me quite a bit of time manually copying data across to Xero. Now I have to upgrade to editor 2.0 just so I can get an inferior Zapier Integration. Bring back the old one please!

Having a free text option available in drop downs would be really helpful as most of the time a drop-down option will be applicable, but occasionally, you might want to enter something different. Without this feature, I'm more likely to just use a free text custom variable, which is quite annoying if the answers are going to be similar most of the time.
