  1. Customer wants to be able to edit the message that displays when sending via SMS. Right now it's greyed out with a message box pop up reading: "Messages sent via text (SMS) cannot be changed."

  2. Add multi-year frequency to the recurring products (i.e. we do offer 2, 5, and 10 year contracts).

  3. We think that it's more rational to count not the form responses but the forms themselves for a rational count to avoid for paying for form responses that weren't finished or efficient

  6. Currently we pre-sign with a .PNG signature before sending it out to many signers, but the document certification only shows one of the signers at the end. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to generate the document and be able to add a legal pre-signature so both signers appear in the certification.

    - Recipient view localization.

  12. Metrics and Reporting: API: document performance (efficiency) with sandbox and live separated
    At the moment, sandbox and live metrics are combined. Would like the sandbox not to affect the true API performance and to include time to close, sent to completed, and other metrics presented.

  13. With the new feature "x days after signing date", it would be beneficial to have the option of "business days" instead of just "days" so that weekends aren't included in the count.

  14. Please add "Electronically signed and dated" to signature box so it appears on the actual document, many facilities require this feature and the signature certification page is not sufficient for them.

  15. Be able to block emails about billing/invoices/payments/receipts or to select which to block. For example, block only receipts or receipts + billing emails

  17. The customer requests to change the subject line on the form when the copy was sent to the submitter of the form. Customer would like the subject line to indicate as them (form creator) instead of the submitter who sent them the copy of the form

  18. Ability for the notary session to have an option to see your client's screen to know the specific page they're on and the buttons they are clicking.

    Need the sessions to be able to have the option to add a customizable title to the session and need to have a list of each document that will be included in the session based on what I title each PDF.

    Have a chronological pattern in which document should be accomplish first
