Right now when an import succeeds our system sends out an email stating that “file xyz has successfully uploaded” or something like that. With a failure, the name of the file isn’t displayed. Successes show the file name, failures don’t In the follow up email.

"CC'd users are not being taken to analytics page when clicking the links in the notification. They are instead taken to the Recipient view.
Would like them to be able to click the link to see the analytics if they are a PandaDoc licensed user and logged in."

"I am having an issue with the transfer data to option. For some reason when I make a document in its own folder, and use the transfer data to option, this allows me to transfer data to a template and create a new document. Which is great, however it puts this document into the All documents folder. Is there a way to make it go to the folder it was transferred from?"

When a document expires and a recipient opens the document, they see a message notifying that the document has expired. The customer would like to add their phone number along with the email address for contacting them to make the document non-expired.

Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we made some improvements to our product that may help you cover those scenarios namely:

So an example would be to take the total of one pricing table and be able to use that variable to put in the price column of a different pricing table. Sometimes our proposals include multiple buildings, for example, and we want the ability to add up all of the buildings into one total. So being able to place the variables in the price column of a table would make that work very smoothly. In place of having to manually enter each separate table into one.

the customer noticed that the cost column shows up in the docx download…I was able to reproduce it. But, when the customer selected ‘hide column’, it didn’t show up on the docx download. The customer would like the cost column to still appear on the pricing table, but not on the docx download without having to select ‘hide column’.

Hi,
Thank you so much for reaching out – this is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. Please feel free to upvote or leave your comment to let us know how and why this functionality is important for you. Thank you!

Is it possible to set up a table or block of text that is scrollable to be read? I'm thinking along the lines of T&Cs that you see online that you scroll through. Like a table that has a fixed size within a document, but you can actually scroll it 'from the inside'.
