Hi! We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

When a document is created through a Deal in Zoho, the name of the deal is used as the document name.
It would be helpful to be able to choose the naming convention for documents created through an integration.

when you create documents from Accounts and Contacts in Zoho the document title of the object is not populated (like from other objects)
the original title of template is saved -
want to be able to map the name of the document created from Hubspot instead of having it auto-changed to the name of the object in HubSpot

I want to be able to add a naming template to documents created with PipeDrive integration - right now it just imports the file name from PipeDrive and I want my documents to have a specific name.
For instance, right now PandaDocs auto-names files like this:
Camp 1 Agreement First LastBut I want it to look like this:
Last, First-Retainer-Camp1-ABCI asked help chat, but there's no way to do this right now.

Allow to adjust the document name when creating the document from template within the assignees window

Have users be forced to rename the document when you are creating from the template instead of just taking the template name. If you forget to rename it is hard to then find the doc

When I go to use a template, it would be great for an "untitled document to be created. I have made the mistake multiple times of accidentally editing the template when I meant to make a document.

"My templates have a title and when I use the create document with within my CRM copper. The document title changes to the opportunity, person name or company name. Is there a way to incorporate both the template title with the what is pulled over from copper?" "Is there a way to do that without clicking the renaming button on the title? Something that is automated."
