We wanted to share an update regarding the idea. After careful consideration and further analysis of the idea, we have adjusted its status to "Not Planned."
This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.
An error occurred while saving the comment 1. when the person that created and launched form is OOO or left the company, the notifications of completed docs still keep coming to the form owner. How do we change that?
2. when one person should have permission to create and launch forms and the other one should collect and track responses.

a customer has around 40 workspaces under one org and it's very time consuming to add a new user to each of the workspace one by one. It should be available through the Settings - Workspaces panel, Admin panel or at the "invite people" step.
