if an approver doesn't approve a document in a certain amount of time they get an email reminder

There are no reminders AND we are having to coordinate outside of PD to see who the document is with unless we click into each document individually.

We have MANY documents getting stuck in the approval workflow because there are no reminders being sent to them.
