While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. We will definitely work on approval workflow improvements and the ability to edit the document while in the approval stage is one of the key things we are considering for delivery. Stay tuned. -

Multi-selecting fields to move, assign or delete them is now available, while copying and pasting multiple fields is currently on early access - It will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter, via an alert inside PandaDoc, and here in our idea portal.
Please note that a separate idea for bulk actions for BLOCKS has been created. Up-vote bulk actions for blocks here.

Hi!
We have made significant improvements in the docx import and export experience in 2021 and 2022, but aren't currently planning on additional features or improvements in this area since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Would also like the ability to move multiple team members from one workspace to another at one time.
