Folder permissions are needed. Currently, only the creator of the folder can see or do anything within it, unless the user is an Administrator.
We've attempted creating folders and content within it via API, BUT, my users weren't able to see their own documents. HUGE setback for us.

This is a much needed improvement. We collect important documents like certificates of insurance, W9's etc. with our contracts. It kills productivity to have to go into the platform to be able to view it - even more difficult for our users that don't have a PandaDoc license.
It also makes us look unprofessional when we have to tell our clients that "yes there is modified language **attached** to the contract, you just don't get a copy of it included in the final document due to a limitation of the platform that we use. Let me spend more of my time assembling a PDF for you."
All of that goes over like a **** in a punch bowl. ;-)
