Customisation on Table of Contents
There should be an option to add a customisation to the Table of Contents on EV2.

Not every page in our proposal requires a heading, therefore it can't be added to the TOC. There must be a manual add feature.

Formatting for sure would be great, but another customisation I would suggest is the ability better manage long ToC's which span multiple printed pages, and to be able to control at what point in the ToC does it pagenate so you don't orphan sections...

Currently the TOC doesn't look like it includes hyperlinks, which means clients may not know to click on it.

At the moment (August 10 2020) there's no option to edit text in the TOC. So the feature request is to implement text editor (text font size, text color, text font family, etc.) for the TOC.
