Multi-selecting fields to move, assign or delete them is now available, while copying and pasting multiple fields is currently on early access - It will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter, via an alert inside PandaDoc, and here in our idea portal.
Please note that a separate idea for bulk actions for BLOCKS has been created. Up-vote bulk actions for blocks here.

Hi,
Thank you so much for reaching out! This is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. We will definitely work on approval workflow improvements and the ability to edit the document while in the approval stage is one of the key things we are considering for delivery. When searching in Documents it would be nice if the search results returned not only documents but also folders. We have a document folder for each client. Sometimes we want to open the folder to see all client documents not just one. We have about 500 client folders.
