Multi-selecting fields to move, assign or delete them is now available, while copying and pasting multiple fields is currently on early access - It will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter, via an alert inside PandaDoc, and here in our idea portal.
Please note that a separate idea for bulk actions for BLOCKS has been created. Up-vote bulk actions for blocks here.

We wanted to share an update regarding the ability to edit a document during the approval workflow. After careful consideration and further analysis of the idea, we have adjusted its status to "Not Planned."
This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

When searching in Documents it would be nice if the search results returned not only documents but also folders. We have a document folder for each client. Sometimes we want to open the folder to see all client documents not just one. We have about 500 client folders.
