Thank you so much for reaching out – this is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. An error occurred while saving the comment As per the client: "It seems that PandaDoc docs could be linked only to Salesforce Opportunity: it could be more useful to link docs to their Quote. Is it possible? For now, I have to create the PDF file in PandaDoc and then upload it as Related file. It’s a manual process, er prefer an automatic or a guided one.

An error occurred while saving the comment As per the client: "We're a customer of a SaaS GRC product named Drata. Similar to Vanta, Drata is a quickly growing competitor in this space. GRC platforms like this are becoming more and more common because they automate and enhance continuous control monitoring and evidence collection associated with many security frameworks. Both Drata and PandaDoc appear to be very mature in their API capabilities. An integration with Drata will allow us to accelerate our sales cycle by enabling our customers to self-serve NDAs in our Trust Center so they can access our protected security certification and attestations, for example SOC 2 reports. Your competitor already has their integration completed. Please let me know if this is something you would consider adding to your roadmap. "

Basically the standard formatting you can do in Outlook with bold/italics, maybe font color, adding hyperlinks, etc.

As per client: "We are using PandaDoc as a HubSpot integration. How do we get all emails that are sent to the customer to show up in the HubSpot deal that the proposal was sent from?"
