An error occurred while saving the comment Currently, when a document is shared via link and a user is added afterward, the system automatically sends an email notification to the newly added recipient, including the document. It would be great to have an option to disable these automatic email notifications to provide more control over the sharing process.

Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

An error occurred while saving the comment A feature that allows a document sender to check appropriate checkboxes prior to sending it. Once the proposal is sent, these checkboxes need to be locked to prevent the customer from editing them.

An error occurred while saving the comment Product associations for merge rules (pricing table and quote builder). For example, if product A is selected, then product B will be automatically added.

An error occurred while saving the comment Option to include the signature certificate within the main document page, rather than as a separate page. Requesting to have the certificate inline next to the signature.
Currently, it’s only possible to save one color in the "Colors" section of a theme (Design > Colors). It would be great to have the option to add multiple colors.
