[Quote builder] Always expand description in downloaded PDF
The client uses collapsible description in the Quote builder and he'd like the description to be uncollapsible when the document is signed and downloaded

Client wants the ability to display product descriptions in PDF even if they leave it uncollapsed.

We cannot confirm the complete scope / terms of a downloaded contract if it is downloaded and potentially signed without those details. Absolutely critical.
