Hi there. Thank you for submitting this idea! We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Hi. Currently, we don't have a direct feature for importing Excel files and aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. However, we do support creating tables from Excel data.
Here's a quick guide on how to do it:
- Copy Tables: You can copy a table, or part of a table, from Office Suite (Office 365 and desktop versions), Google Workspace, or even HTML.
- Paste in PandaDoc: Simply paste (Cmd/Ctrl + V) it into a PandaDoc page. This action will create a new PandaDoc table in your template, document, content library item, or form.
- Styling Options: You can restore the original styling of the table by selecting 'Source formatting' in the dropdown menu at the lower right corner of the table in PandaDoc.

After setting up the 'sender email' in the template level that they would like to send on behalf of (for example, marketing@pandadoc.com), when the user goes to send the document, they still have to manually change from *their* email (the doc creator) to the 'send on behalf' email - it does not update automatically. This is causing issues because users often may forget to manually change the email, and their recipients will not open the PandaDoc if they do not recognize the sender name.
