Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. While we currently don’t offer this feature, there are a few alternatives that exist to help achieve the desired result:Â
- Create a document from the desired template and use that document to create a Form (workaround for this is in the comments)
- When clicking 'Create form', choose the desired template

An error occurred while saving the comment Create the option for a signature field so the recipient is required to sign every field, rather than sign 1 field and it’s replicated on click on the other signature fields.

An error occurred while saving the comment To have an option to create a report of all renewal dates of the documents (also with the status as Complete and Draft)
API call that will change the document status from Sent/Viewed/Completed to Draft similar to the option below:
We have the option in PandaDoc to edit the sent document manually (https://support.pandadoc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042659113-Edit-sent-documents), so the document status will become Draft.
