Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

Thank you for reaching out with your request to disable Captcha on our forms. We understand that sometimes Captcha can be an additional step in the process, and we appreciate your feedback.
At this moment, we maintain Captcha as a crucial part of our app's security framework. Its role is to safeguard both our system and our customers. This helps prevent unauthorized bot activity that could affect both our service's integrity and our customers' interests.
However, we also recognize that our solution needs to align with diverse user needs. Captcha on our platform is adaptive and is designed to intervene primarily when there's a suspicion of bot interaction.
If you have particular use cases in mind where you believe disabling captcha could be beneficial, please do share them with us. Your insights are valuable and will help us as we re-evaluate this request in the future.

We wanted to share an update regarding this idea. After careful consideration and further analysis of the idea, we have adjusted its status to "Not Planned."
This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

An error occurred while saving the comment I want to be able to customize what notifications CC recipients receive. Currently if they are CCed they get 2 notifications. 1 for the document being created, and another for the completed document. This doesn't make sense - they are not signing it, why wouldn't you be able to customize and only send them 1 completed document file?

An error occurred while saving the comment This is huge. A big part of the workflow around e-signature is having the complete packet of everything sent with the signature. When this isn't included customers have to come back to the signature file in pandadoc and don't have a single PDF with the information sent for signature... Big issue and this should be at least an option to toggle on or off for Documents, templates and Forms

Great news – redirect after completion is now available for all business and enterprise customers 🎉
With this feature, you can specify a redirect URL in any template or document for your signers. Once turned on, it seamlessly directs the signer to the chosen URL after they finish the signing process. To learn more, simply watch this video or visit our Help Center.

Hi there 👋
I'm excited to share that we've made it easier to update recipient details and reassign fields to another signer—even after you've hit Send.
Here's how it works:
1. Open a sent document.
2. Navigate to the settings of a recipient who hasn’t signed the document yet.
3. Click the action button:
– "Edit personal details" to update any information related to this recipient (e.g. Email, First Name, Last Name).
– "Change signer" to reassign fields to another signer.
– "Remove from document" to remove a CC recipient. Actually, now you can add and remove CC recipients not only in a sent document but even in a completed one.

I'm excited to share that Linked Fields 🔗 functionality has reached the General Availability release and is now available on all plans with no additional costs.
Linked Fields make it easier for your recipients to fill in required fields with repeated data. Once they enter the required information, they won’t need to re-enter it elsewhere — it will be replicated in all linked fields.
To link a field, start by selecting it, then choose "Copy and link field" in the Properties section on the right panel or in the floating panel. The linked field will have the same settings and field assignment. You can drag and drop the copied field wherever you’d like. Alternatively, you can link fields by copy-pasting or entering a field ID value from one field to another.

An error occurred while saving the comment This would be a HUGE feature. We have a large salesforce that doesn't need to have a PandaDoc account and needs to be able to open up a set Form and get it signed right then and there. Having to wait for the signer to get the email, open it up on their device, etc. wastes valuable time. Please implement this!
Why is this not a feature yet? You should absolutely be able to customize notification emails based on recipient, template or form type. Some people do not want 4 notifications for 1 document, especially when it is part of a regular workflow.
