We would also like to hide the initial variable value if it exists. In our case, we are using a calculated date field (today +365 days) for document expiration which is written back to our CRM. If there is already a value in the field from our CRM, when the client goes to sign the document, that initial value appears on the document as the client is signing. However, the calculated date (today + 365) is what actually gets written back to the CRM and what shows in the PDF. So the date that shows on the form when the client is actually signing and the date that show in the downloaded PDF are actually different which is problematic. The ability to hide the existing data (in this case the existing date) would be helpful.
