  1. Support discount in amount in Hubspot (EV2). Currently, It is calculated this way at the moment: Price x Quantity - Discount = Total.   5. When creating PandaDocs from Opportunity object in Salesforce, the customer would like to auto attach the completed PDF version of the PandaDoc to the Accounts object.

  7. Multiple customers have been interested in dynamic opportunity/custom object updating when PandaDocs are completed. Can only be done in EV1, but to make this possible with process builder in EV2, we need the Template Name and Template ID to be included in the JSON payload for Salesforce.

  8. Customer doesn't want to generate a NEW document if he made changes to details in his Cooper account. Wants the existing document to adapt to the new changes

    I think the in-person signing experience when there’s a payment involved is very consuming and requires more steps than really necessary.

    If you try it out, you’ll see for yourself. The payment processors ask for way too many details and are not required on their own standalone apps. For example, on the Square app, all that is required is the credit card details. Using the Square on PandaDoc requires first name, last name, email, address, postal code, country, credit numbers.

  20. PandaDoc's native trigger settings allow for any document on an opportunity to change the stage. Sometimes customers send multiple documents from an opportunity and need for only certain templates to trigger status changes.
