  1. Configure the PandaDoc integration in Zendesk to show only on user pages, not on ticket pages.
    • The current integration is designed to be available on both Ticket and User pages in Zendesk Support.

  2. Ability to REFRESH variables synced to Monday.com. If Monday.com records change, I should be able to REFRESH the variables in PandaDoc to update them. It seems this feature exists for the other major CRM integrations.

  5. DocuSign has a native integration with Vanta, offering:

    Automated compliance tracking: Vanta automatically tracks signed security documents (e.g., Acceptable Use Policies, NDAs, security training acknowledgments).

    Real-time syncing: Signed documents in DocuSign are mirrored in Vanta, meaning compliance status updates instantly.

    Audit readiness: Vanta uses DocuSign as a source of truth for signatures, simplifying SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.

    ❌ PandaDoc does not have a native Vanta integration which hopefully can be available

  15. We do not want a quickbooks invoice sent immediately. We'd like the invoice to be generated once a contract is signed. We need the opportunity to split an invoice and generate custom payment terms.

  18. Currently, we understand that only the first three active string-type custom fields enabled for sales forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO) are supported for data merge rules in PandaDoc.

    We would like to request the possibility of removing this limitation and enabling support for more than three custom fields.

  20. As a developer, I require the sessionview.document.loaded event in Embedded Signing to include detailed recipient status information. Specifically, I need to know if a recipient has completed their assigned fields (isdone - is used in API) immediately upon document load.

    This enhancement would allow for real-time updates and more dynamic user interfaces within my embedded signing workflow.

    Currently, the session_view.document.loaded event does not include any document loading information.
    By adding recipient status details, I can:

    Provide immediate feedback to users about their progress.
    Dynamically adjust the user interface based on recipient completion status.
