More particular chat functionality ie: ability to chat on on section vs inline commenting
Customer would like the ability to have chat functionality but perhaps on one page or section. Similar to the inline commenting, however in order to inline comment, you have to suggest a change or correction to the document. Inline commenting without the correction to document would be acceptable as well and perhaps easier fix.

Pop up notification for admin for all users
Would like to have the capability of an admin to notify all users of announcements.
Example: Now that contract negotiations is available, she has 46 users that need to be aware of this feature.
Rather than sending a group email, there could be an option in application to send a pop-up notification to all users sharing the feature and include articles.1 vote -
