Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. The feature you requested is already available.
Through PandaDoc Automations, you can set up a rule on a specific template so that any document created from it automatically moves to a chosen folder once it's marked Sent or Completed. Once configured, every future document created from that template will inherit the same behavior — no need to set it up more than once.

Situation: the client has 5 embedded templates and wants the documents come into different folders depending on the template used.
