Approvers outside of PandaDoc
Approvers should be like signers, so that they do not take up a license in the system. In this case this approver/director is outside of the HR department and should only have access to the documents that are sent to them. It would be preferred if they did not have to log into the system to approve a document. Hope this make sense.

I agree. Some of my clients have internal processes that require document approval before signing. It’s important that "Approvers" are treated as external signers, as this is a feature other platforms offer.
