Other recipient can edit the document once the document has been signed by the 1st recipient.
Client: The process is like this, our customer service will issue a contract, and then the customer service will fill in the information they need to fill in, and then send it to sales. Sales needs to fill in some information about the collection price, and then send it to the final customer. After the customer fills in the final information, they will pay according to the amount filled in by sales. Now the whole process is that sales cannot change the data in the price list. The only person who can modify it is the person who generated the contract in the first place. Is that right?
