We need a feature where we can choose to manually add the recurring payment and/or edit the percentages with decimals.

The customer would like the ability to add a custom product catalog field but have the option to make this a percentage. Like the tax or discount columns, she would like to be able to make this a Service Fee and make that a percentage.
