The TOC variables should be updated automatically when I create the document so I don't need to refresh the TOC.

Ability to automatically update the TOC should any of the previous numerical points have been removed. Should there be Para 1, Para 2 and Para 3 — Para 3 will be renamed to Para 2 should Para 2 be removed.
