Signature Certificate when using initials
We would like to continue obtaining a Signature certificate when we use initials, sometimes the space is not big enough for full signatures. Thanks

This would provide verification for our state and national oversight.

This is a critical requirement for our program as we will be penalized without a verification page for the initials.
