clear cache button on upload error
You should add a "clear local storage and try again" button to the error message when a file fails to convert.
I've run into multiple problems uploading files that I want to become editable.
Each time, a support agent was able to upload the file for me, but I was not.
Each time, they asked me to clear my cache and try again (which also did not work).
Clearly there's something wonky with the state my machine gets into, and I'll bet I'm not alone.
If you add a button that does this, then you alleviate your support system if it actually does resolve the issue, and if it doesn't then you can track who's actually doing it (and be more confident it's a real error).
