Move documents to folders based on status: ability to set a default Documents tab view and transfer documents into folders

simple concept: documents "created by me" need to be able to be sorted by status. As the list keeps growing longer every day, many will be completed, expired, and declined so in order to review and follow up on the open proposals (viewed) Nobody needs to have to scroll through dozens and later hundreds of documents.. It should be able to only see the viewed documents created by me, currently if choosing documents by the status it shows ALL documents from all users, which is not needed if I only want to see the ones created by me only.
