Condensed version of documents

A condensed version of the document. For example, internally the client needs only about 3 pages of the 12-14.

Let's say there is a document with 18 pages. A lot of which is marketing and not a specific agreement. Therefore once signed, we only need page 10 once signed. Also, internal finance and logistics departments only need page 10 as well. Therefore, once signed, 2 PDFs are needed: one complete and one, 1 page.

    This would be very helpful. Right now, each row takes up WAY TOO MUCH vertical space. It makes it so difficult to find folders/documents.

Also internally my finance, logistics departments only need page 10 as well. Therefore, once signed, if we can make 2 PDFs, one complete and one, 1 page. Does that make sense?
