Add templates to scheduling apps to auto send when setting up an appointment
Example: google calandar event invite. Add pandadoc templates so with click of a button event is made and pandadoc docs are made.

Interesting idea... Maybe link a calendar invite to a close date on the contract? You'll have to elaborate on this one.
