Customer is needing to integrate with an eVault solution as they are in the financial industry and their customers require them to work with one. At this time we do not have a native integration or work with any eVault solutions. Even though we have an open API, eVault companies typically don't have a open API as their goal is to remain protected so they are closed. This deal itself is worth $40k-80k ARR currently and are probably going to lose it because of this reason. I'm sure there are others we have lost as well. This is a huge untapped market which would help us gain a lot more business as it sounds like DocuSign is the only competitor that integrates with one (eOriginal).
