Auto delegate Signatures & Approvals
Ability to auto delegate any approvals or signatures to another user, for instance whilst I am on annual leave, rather than having to amend all template approval groups, role defaults in place for all templates.

The ability to automatically delegate signatures and approvals would significantly improve operational continuity and reduce administrative overhead, particularly during planned absences such as annual leave. Currently, requiring manual updates to template approval groups and role defaults across multiple templates introduces unnecessary risk, inefficiency, and potential approval delays. A centralized auto-delegation capability would ensure business processes continue without interruption while maintaining governance controls.
If this functionality is not available or on the product roadmap, this limitation will encourage us to evaluate alternative solutions that provide this feature natively.
