we send al lot of the same forms, but is a pain in the b.. to find a form back
please put variable on titel of the form like [client-streetadres] -

This is very critical feature that is needed. We need a way to create unique form PDF file names. The sequence numbering in form titles is not descriptive enough. This makes searching much more challenging and knowing what a PDF file is about.

Ability to change the name of the form to one of the fields within the form.

Allow Sender to change Form Names for each form sent out. This way each form is specific to who may have filled it out.
