Comments on templates
I would love the ability to make comments on templates that then show on the documents that are created. It would help us give instructions/context and could be removed by just resolving the comment.

Beyond the instructional use case, this would also be really valuable for collaboration. When building a new template with multiple stakeholders, or when someone has an idea to improve an existing template, comments would allow people to suggest changes and provide context without directly editing the template before it has been reviewed and approved. The resolve/dismiss functionality makes this a clean, low-friction workflow for both use cases.
