If you make a change in your CRM, you click refresh variables and the created document pulls in any new or updated data. This feature already exists in other platforms, specifically for Dynamics CRM.

Please enable the option to Update data in PandaDoc for Dynamics integration again (it was available before, but now seems to be removed)
