Since all details have already been entered on the document payment, it is important that the reviewer and appover of a document be aware of these terms as they are performing their review.
The current design does not present this information until after the document is approved.
Unless the author of the document manually replicated payment details to the document in a payment terms section, this can come as a surprise to a the approver and may lead to pushback.
