The ability to archive templates in the workspace

Currently, it seems the only option for managing outdated templates is to delete them. It would be helpful to have the ability to archive old templates instead. This would allow us to clean up our active template list without permanently losing documents we may want to refer back to later.
An archive function would make managing our template library much more efficient while keeping historical versions accessible.

Some templates require a lot of special custom work to build. They might only be needed once per year, or similar. But in some 3rd party integrations (like with CRMs), the templates appear in the order sorted by Created Date. It would be great to archive templates so they can be used or referenced again later, but out of the view of our users.
