It's super annoying that individuals can only be assigned to a template roles for a document created by a workflow if they're a contact in PandaDoc. The correct behavior would be to allow a user to select a contact associated with the deal record, like they can when creating a document from a HubSpot deal record.

I'm having to train my users to work around this limitation.
