Highlighting inactive users: The system should visually indicate which users in the workflow are no longer active or licensed.
Allowing partial saves: The ability to save a workflow even if it has invalid users, rather than blocking the entire action, would allow for easier troubleshooting and management.
Prompting the user that the approval workflow cannot be activated because it contains some removed or invalid users so it is clear why the workflow cannot be enabled.
These enhancements would streamline the process of updating workflows after personnel changes.
