Smart Forms: Change name of person sending document
When a document is created through the Smart Forms process, the email is sent from whoever created the form or document template. We'd like to be able to change the name of who is sending the document.

We have a customer account verification process for customers to setup an account with our company. They fill out a smart form with their information, and then are sent the required documents for them to sign. Currently, the documents say they are from me, but I am not in the sales department. I need them to say they are from our company.

Our use case: We are automating the sales process for some of our add-on products. Customers can purchase an add-on by completing a smart form that then creates a document using the form. The customer gets an email from me, the system admin, with the file, but my name doesn't mean anything to the customer. Instead of the subject being "Kaitlyn Mace sent you the document..." I want it to say "Company Name sent you the document...
