Approval goes to a certain person if the ARR of the associated deal is over a certain amount, and does not go to that person if it is under a certain amount.

In an ideal world, I'd like the approval to go to a certain person if the ARR of the associated deal is over a certain amount, and not go to that person if it is under a certain amount.
