Internal Team Notes Block in Templates (hidden from recipients on send)
I want to embed internal instructions directly inside a template as a dedicated "team-only" block. These notes should be visible to all internal users editing or creating documents from the template, but automatically hidden from recipients when the document is sent. This removes the need for separate SOPs or manual deletion steps and ensures consistent team guidance at the template level — without requiring an Enterprise plan upgrade.
