Allow Document Sender Reassignment Without Resetting Signatures
When a user leaves the organization and is removed from the PandaDoc workspace, their name remains as the sender on all previously sent documents. This creates confusion for clients, especially when trying to access or reference older documents sent by former employees. Have the ability to reassign the sender or update the sender information on previously sent or completed documents without impacting the document’s status.

Ability to mass update documents with recipients that have left the company.
"The primary issue is when we have a primary singer in our org that reviews and signs all contracts and if that person leaves, we have no way to mass move the assigned signer from one user to the next. We are either left with the API option which most people don't have immediate help/resources to utilize ( developers) OR have to manually update hundreds of documents manually using the Change Signer UI OR implement clunky work arounds. For example, giving another user access to the previous signers seat which requires involving IT because we have to reset their password which sends a message to an email that is likely already inactive and the profile email can't be updated. This workaround also eats up a seat that we should be able to fore-fit after the previous signer leaves."
