Keep Field ID data for Fillable Fields when adding Content Library documents
Currently, custom Field IDs for fields added to Content Library documents automatically include a number starting with "1" after the Field ID name. A specific Field ID has been entered for a Fillable Field that would be the same in various documents in the Content Library. Adding various forms with these fields into a template do not link because a number is being added to the Field ID name. Users have to manually check each field and delete the number from the Field ID so that it can automatically link to each other throughout the document. For long documents, this is very time consuming.
When adding a document from the Content Library into a template, I'd like the option of being able to keep Field ID in fillable fields in the form of a pop-up before the document is added to the template especially if a Field ID was entered for a field in the original document to match the rest of the fields in the template. The link between fields would be automatic and consistent through a long-form document created in a template.
There's no ability to add custom fields for the client/customer to enter so we either do it for them or rely on custom Field ID's for data to merge into various documents. If they have to spend too much time on a document, they are likely not going to finish it or it's prone to more human error.
