Expand functionality of the Audit Log - increase length
It would be extremely valuable if the audit log retained historical data for longer than the current retention period.
Currently, if a document was deleted or archived more than six months ago, there is no way to identify who performed the action or when it occurred. This makes investigating historical issues or responding to customer queries difficult.
An extended or searchable audit history would improve traceability, accountability, compliance, and troubleshooting by allowing administrators to review document activity beyond the current retention window. Ideally, organisations could configure the retention period based on their business or compliance requirements.
