Auto-populate recipient phone number from user profile for SMS verification
In workspaces with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, SMS verification is required. The phone number should auto-populate from the workspace user profile to reduce manual entry and support compliance workflows at scale

This should be automatic by default since SMS is required for Part 11.

For 21 CFR Part 11 workspace the Identity Verification should default to SMS setting for any signer added to a document or template AND the contact's phone number should auto populate.

Extremely annoying for originator to have to enter signer phone number each time for SMS verification. Team members in the domain / workspace should have phone numbers auto populate in SMS field in when setting up templates and documents.
